Maison Haas Hustinx ligt aan het prachtige Vrijthof in Maastricht met een prachtig uitzicht op de historische basiliek en kerken. Het hotel is gevestigd in twee monumentale panden uit 1920 en biedt 17 unieke kamers en suites die de eclectische stijlen van de jaren 1920 weergeven. De oprichter van het hotel combineerde de historische kenmerken van de gebouwen met modern en vooruitstrevend design, waardoor een zeer luxe ambiance ontstond. De beschikbare in-house spa en Levantijnse eetgelegenheid, maken van Maison Haas Hustinx een plek waar luxe en comfort samenkomen. In Maison Haas Hustinx zijn geen twee kamers precies hetzelfde. Elke ruimte is gerestaureerd met veel respect voor de unieke kenmerken van de historische locatie. Het hotel bestaat uit 17 kamers, suites en appartementen. Allemaal individueel ingericht in samenwerking met designermerk Normann Copenhagen, lokale kunstenaars en ambachtslieden. De afwerking op maat is terug te vinden in elk detail; van handgeblazen glazen stukken tot in-house ontworpen en op maat gemaakte meubels.
SANCTVM
Spa De spa van Maison Haas Hustinx is gebouwd in 2020 en is gevestigd in het moderne bijgebouw van het hotel. Een rustig toevluchtsoord aan het Vrijthof. Het heeft een zwembad, Finse sauna, marmeren hammam en een "biechthokje" voor meditatie of gebed. Het is een plek om je eigen spirituele welzijn te beoefenen. De rustige en ontspannen sfeer van onze spa creëert een oase van holistisch welzijn. Een plek om helemaal tot rust te komen, te ontspannen en terug te keren naar jezelf.
SAFAR
Dit Levantijnse eethuis vervolledigt de laatste etappe van Maison Haas Hustinx. Safar is een eerbetoon aan de reizen van Alphons Hustinx en komt van het Arabische woord reizen. Dit project is een culminatie van de persoonlijke uitingen van degenen die gerechten creëren, ze serveren en de geesten die het allemaal samenbrengen; om de cultuur van gastvrijheid en gemeenschap te leveren die kenmerkend is voor de Levant, vooral rond de eettafel. Het restaurant viert het gemengde erfgoed dat lange tijd het oostelijke Middellandse Zeegebied heeft gevormd: Romeins, Frans, Ottomaans, onder andere - en nestelt het in de stad Maastricht, een stad met een houding van nieuwsgierigheid naar nieuwe ervaringen.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
