La Maison Haas Hustinx está situada en la hermosa plaza Vrijthof de Maastricht, con magníficas vistas de la histórica basílica y las iglesias. El hotel ocupa dos edificios monumentales construidos en 1920 y ofrece 17 habitaciones y suites únicas que representan los estilos eclécticos de los años veinte. El fundador del hotel combinó las características históricas de los edificios con un diseño moderno y vanguardista, creando un ambiente muy lujoso. El spa del hotel y el restaurante levantino hacen de la Maison Haas Hustinx un lugar donde el lujo y el confort se dan la mano. En la Maison Haas Hustinx, no hay dos habitaciones exactamente iguales. Cada espacio está restaurado con gran respeto a las características únicas del lugar histórico. El hotel consta de 17 habitaciones, suites y apartamentos. Todas están amuebladas individualmente en colaboración con la marca de diseño Normann Copenhagen, artistas locales y artesanos. El acabado a medida se encuentra en cada detalle; desde piezas de vidrio soplado a mano hasta muebles de diseño propio y hechos a medida.
SANCTVM
Spa Construido en 2020; alojado en el moderno anexo del hotel se encuentra el spa de la Maison Haas Hustinx. Un tranquilo santuario escondido en el Vrijthof. Incluye piscina, sauna finlandesa, hammam de mármol y "cabina de confesión" tanto para meditar como para rezar. Es un lugar para practicar los propios caminos hacia el bienestar espiritual. El ambiente tranquilo y relajante de nuestro spa crea un oasis de bienestar holístico. Un lugar para desconectar, relajarse y volver a uno mismo.
SAFAR
Este restaurante levantino completa la última etapa de la Maison Haas Hustinx. En homenaje a los viajes de Alphons Hustinx, Safar procede de la palabra árabe "viaje". Este proyecto es la culminación de las expresiones personales de quienes crean los platos, los sirven y las mentes que lo reúnen todo; para ofrecer la cultura de hospitalidad y comunidad característica del Levante, especialmente en torno a la mesa. El restaurante rinde homenaje a la herencia mestiza que durante tanto tiempo ha dado forma al Mediterráneo oriental: romana, francesa, otomana, entre otras- y la encaja en la ciudad de Maastricht, una ciudad con una actitud de curiosidad hacia las nuevas experiencias.
Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
