Villa Caicresce is een prachtige luxe villa op een afgelegen maar toegankelijke locatie op slechts enkele minuten van het prachtige heuvelstadje Montone.
De villa ligt op een groot privéterrein met een paar kleine olijfboomgaarden en heeft een spectaculair uitzicht over de omliggende valleien en heuvels. De villa is een klassiek mooie oude stenen boerderij - vol geschiedenis en originele kenmerken (waaronder de overblijfselen van de oorspronkelijke tabakstoren), maar met alle moderne voorzieningen die nodig zijn.
Villa Caicresce bestaat uit twee gebouwen. De prachtige zandstenen hoofdvilla heeft 5 slaapkamers met vijf ensuite badkamers. Een paar meter verderop staat een vrijstaand gastenverblijf (de oude schuur) met 2 extra slaapkamers, 2 ensuite badkamers, een grote leefruimte en volledige keuken.
De villa en het gastenverblijf zitten vol met prachtige traditionele kenmerken, waaronder koele cottovloeren, wanden in zichtbare stenen en hoge plafonds met zichtbare balken en originele bogen. Er is ook een geweldige keuken met veel ruimte, stenen werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparatuur.
Er zijn 4 woonkamers (waarvan één met open haard). De slaapkamers zijn allemaal eenvoudig en stijlvol ingericht, met moderne ensuite badkamers, waaronder een prachtig bad met klauwvoet in de ouderslaapkamer.
De tuinen van Villa Caicresce zijn gewoonweg prachtig. Architectonisch ontworpen om optimaal te profiteren van het prachtige uitzicht. Voor de hoofdvilla ligt een groot terras met een spectaculaire, ambachtelijk gemaakte marmeren tafel.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
