Die Villa Caicresce ist eine wunderschöne Luxusvilla, die sich in einer abgelegenen, aber dennoch zugänglichen Lage befindet, nur wenige Minuten von der schönen Hügelstadt Montone entfernt.
Die Villa befindet sich auf einem großen, privaten Grundstück mit ein paar kleinen Olivenhainen und hat einen spektakulären Rundumblick auf die umliegenden Täler und Hügel. Die Villa ist ein klassisch schönes altes Bauernhaus aus Stein - voller Geschichte und Originalmerkmale (einschließlich der Überreste des ursprünglichen Tabakturms), aber mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten benötigt.
Villa Caicresce besteht aus zwei Gebäuden. Die Hauptvilla aus Sandstein besteht aus 5 Schlafzimmern mit fünf eigenen Badezimmern. Ein paar Meter entfernt gibt es ein freistehendes Gästehaus (die alte Scheune) mit 2 zusätzlichen Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern, einem großen Wohnraum und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche.
Die Villa und das Gästehaus sind voller schöner traditioneller Merkmale, darunter kühle Cotto-Böden, freiliegende Steinwände und hohe Decken mit freiliegenden Balken und Originalbögen. Es gibt auch eine große Küche mit viel Platz, Stein-Arbeitsplatten und Edelstahl-Geräte.
Es gibt 4 Wohnbereiche (einer davon mit einem offenen Kamin). Die Schlafzimmer sind alle einfach und stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügen über ein modernes eigenes Bad, darunter eine schöne Badewanne mit Klauenfüßen im Hauptschlafzimmer.
Die Gärten der Villa Caicresce sind einfach wunderschön. Architektonisch entworfen, um das Beste aus der herrlichen Aussicht zu machen. Vor der Hauptvilla ist eine große Terrasse mit einem spektakulären Handwerker gebaut Marmortisch.

Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
