De villa is vernoemd naar de vroegere naam van de straat, maar de straat zelf is niet veranderd en de historische kinderkopjes liggen er nog.
In het verleden werd Villa Achenbach gebruikt door de politie tijdens de DDR en daarna als kunstenaarsatelier voordat het uitgebreid werd gerenoveerd door de huidige eigenaars. Tegenwoordig heeft het 4 verdiepingen, een groot terras en een ondergrondse garage. Zoals veel van de huizen die in 1900 werden gebouwd, bevindt de hoofdingang zich op de tussenverdieping en is er een specifieke kamer voor elke ontmoeting of gebeurtenis die je maar kunt bedenken: Een keuken en een voorkamer, een eetkamer, een tv-kamer, een grote slaapkamer met een badkamer van 26m2, een kantoor en 2 gastenkamers, waarvan één met een eigen badkamer en een zolder.
In de kelder zijn in plaats van ramen terrasdeuren geplaatst. Er is een kantoor, een hobbyruimte, een bijkeuken, een kelderruimte, een gastentoilet, een keuken/washok en binnenkort een sauna.
Het meubilair is een mix van oude en nieuwe ontwerpen en alle kamers hebben eiken parket of tegels en de muren zijn geverfd met farrow & ball in warme rode, blauwe en olijfgroene tinten.
Buiten, een spectaculaire tuin met beeldhouwwerken, een moestuin met aangrenzend terras, een boomgaardweide en kippen!

You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
