This beautiful villa located in Eichwalde, known today as a literary town, is less than an 1/2 hours drive from Berlin - Mitte and surrounded by forests and lakes. The villa is named after the former name of the street, however the street itself has not changed and the historic cobblestones still remain.

In the past, Villa Achenbach was used by the Police during GDR and after as an artists studio before being extensively renovated by the actual owners. Today it holds 4 floors, a large terrace and an underground garage. As many of the houses built in the 1900, the main entrance is in the mezzanine and there is a specific room for every encounter or event you can think of: A kitchen & kitchen anteroom, a dining room, tv room, a master bedroom with a 26m2 bathroom, an office and 2 guest rooms, one with a private bathroom and an attic.
