Vanaf de entree leiden op maat gemaakte deuren in messing en glas naar de woonkamer: hier vormen de elegant gebogen fluwelen bank van Tacchini en twee fauteuils op een tapijt van Nanimarquina samen rond de organisch gevormde marmeren en gebeitste houten salontafel een kosmopolitisch ensemble van stille weelde. Zwarte schuifdeuren leiden naar de buitengewone eilandkeuken van flanelgrijs, was-mat gepolijst Eros Grey natuursteen en donker gelakt mahoniehout. Het lichtbolobject "Cloud" van Apparatus vormt het decor voor de eethoek met zijn ongebruikelijke driehoekige tafel. Vanuit de woonkamer - naast de uitgang naar de ruime loggia - is er een kleine, intieme kamer ontworpen als kantoor aan huis: Wanden in warm ossenbloed omlijsten het klassieke bureau van Pierre Chareau'en een aangepast daybed, samengevoegd met sculpturale bijzettafels van de Franse kunstenaar-smid Stéphane Ducatteau.
Een andere schuifdeur leidt naar de privévleugel: In de luxe kleedkamer met kaptafel onthullen plafondhoge, afgedekte deuren aan beide zijden kleding en accessoires met een druk op de knop.
Het middelpunt van de grote slaapkamer is een op maat gemaakt bed met een hoofdeinde van Amerikaans notenhout en ruwe zijde in mauve. Een imposant dressoir van gezwart staal, geoxideerd messing, walnoot en lederen handgrepen viert de diversiteit van materialen en vakmanschap; delicate gordijnen en de zacht gestoffeerde, nonchalante Kelly Wearstler "Emmett" lounger geven dit toevluchtsoord een sfeer van diepe rust. Arabescato marmer omhult beide badkamers; in het hoofdbad verlicht een wandverlichtingspaneel met programmeerbare lichtniveaus het vrijstaande Devon&Devon bad, samen met objecten van Villeroy & Boch en klassieke Dornbracht armaturen in mat platina.
Donker gepatineerde, gelakte eiken planken vormen overal de basis voor het geraffineerde spel met materialen, texturen en tinten, aangevuld met details zoals het schakelaarprogramma van Meljac.

Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
