Desde la entrada, unas puertas con travesaño de latón y cristal a medida conducen al salón: aquí, el sofá de terciopelo Tacchini elegantemente curvado y dos sillones sobre una alfombra Nanimarquina se reúnen en torno a la mesa de centro de mármol y madera teñida de formas orgánicas para crear un conjunto cosmopolita de tranquila opulencia. Unas puertas correderas negras conducen a la extraordinaria cocina en isla de color gris franela, piedra natural Eros Grey pulida con mate de cera y caoba lacada oscura. El objeto esfera luminosa "Cloud" de Apparatus prepara el escenario para la zona de comedor con su inusual mesa triangular. Desde el salón -junto a la salida a la espaciosa logia- se accede a una pequeña e íntima habitación concebida como despacho doméstico: Las paredes en tonos cálidos oxblood enmarcan el escritorio clásico de Pierre Chareau y un sofá cama a medida, junto a las esculturales mesas auxiliares del artista y orfebre francés Stéphane Ducatteau.
Otra puerta corredera conduce al ala privada: En el lujoso vestidor con tocador, puertas cubiertas hasta el techo a ambos lados dejan ver la ropa y los accesorios con sólo pulsar un botón.
El punto focal del dormitorio principal es una cama a medida con cabecero de nogal americano y seda cruda en malva. Un imponente tocador de acero ennegrecido, latón oxidado, nogal y tiradores de cuero celebra la diversidad de materiales y artesanía; delicadas cortinas y la tumbona "Emmett" de Kelly Wearstler, suavemente tapizada y desenfadada, dan a este retiro un aire de profunda tranquilidad. Los dos cuartos de baño están revestidos de mármol arabescato; en el principal, un panel de luz empotrado en la pared con niveles de luz programables ilumina la bañera independiente Devon&Devon, junto con objetos de Villeroy & Boch y grifería clásica Dornbracht en platino mate.
Tablones de roble oscuro patinado y lacado fundamentan el sofisticado juego de materiales, texturas y tonos por doquier, complementado con detalles como el programa de interruptores de Meljac.

Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
