Welkom bij The Rosé House in het hart van NOTL. Dit onlangs gerenoveerde huis van 3100 m² is perfect voor film- en fotoshoots of je volgende evenement.
Op steenworp afstand van wijnmakerijen, de Pedal Pub, golfbanen, de lavendelboerderij, het Ice Wine Festival, restaurants, winkels, het Shaw Festival Theatre en nog veel meer! Niagara Falls is ook binnen handbereik! Het Rose House is slechts Op 8 minuten rijden van de grens tussen de VS en Canada en op 1,5 uur rijden van Toronto.
De ruimte
We verwelkomen volwassen groepen die een feest komen vieren voor elke gelegenheid en die de huisregels en de buurt respecteren zoals ze dat in hun eigen huis zouden doen.

Toegang voor gasten
Het hele huis is voor exclusief gebruik, behalve de garage. De garage wordt gebruikt voor afvalverwerking en is niet beschikbaar om binnen te parkeren.
Andere dingen om op te merken
We voorzien in beperkte hoeveelheden basisbenodigdheden om je verblijf te beginnen, zoals toiletpapier, papieren handdoeken, zeep, zout en peper, suiker, thee en koffie. Mocht je meer nodig hebben, plan dit dan in.
We zijn ter plaatse voor het onderhoud van de eigendommen buiten. Dit omvat sneeuwruimen en algemeen terreinonderhoud/vastgoedonderhoud.
Bij het reserveren moeten alle gasten de volledige namen van alle gasten die op het terrein verblijven en de gegevens van alle auto's die op het terrein geparkeerd worden, opgeven. Dit is een vereiste van de gemeente Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
