Welcome to the The Rosé House located in the heart of NOTL. This newly renovated 3100sqft home is the perfect for film, photography shoots or your next event.

Steps to wineries, the Pedal Pub, golf courses, the lavender farm, Ice Wine Festival, restaurants, shopping, Shaw Festival Theatre and more! Niagara Falls is also within easy reach! The Rose House is only 8 min drive from the US-CAN border and 1.5 hours away from Toronto.

We welcome mature groups to come and celebrate a celebration for any occasion that will respect the house rules and neighbourhood as they would in their own home.

Guest access

The entire home is for your exclusive use except for the garage. The garage is used for waste management and not available for parking inside.

Other things to note

We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly.

We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping/property maintenance.

Upon booking all guests will be required to provide the full names of all the guests staying and the details of all cars that will be parked on the property. This is a requirement of the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
