Deze idyllische finca is een typisch Ibiziaanse boerderij op het platteland. Het herenhuis met twee verdiepingen dateert uit het midden van de 18e eeuw.
Het gebouwencomplex met dikke muren bestaat grotendeels uit witte kubusvormige modules en horizontale plafonds met houten balken. Het is een eenvoudige en sobere architectuur die bestaat uit toegevoegde onafhankelijke kubussen rond een rechthoekig gebouw waarin de grote zaal is ondergebracht; elke module heeft zijn eigen functie omdat de oorspronkelijke dierenverblijven gescheiden waren van het hoofdgebouw.
Deze finca diende meer dan 200 jaar als voorouderlijk huis van een oude Ibiziaanse familie en werd in de tweede helft van de 20e eeuw omgebouwd tot een "hotel rural". Tijdens de overname door de huidige uitbaters werden uitgebreide renovatiewerken uitgevoerd en werd de inrichting van de gastenkamers op een hedendaagse "ruwe luxe" standaard gebracht.
De finca is ingericht met een eclectische mix van vintage en zelfontworpen meubels en stoffen en behang bedrukt met exclusieve ontwerpen van de eigenaren'. De finca wordt omringd door velden die zijn aangelegd in terrassen die worden ondersteund door stenen muren die passen bij de ligging op een heuvel.

Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
