De huizen Le Casuzze en La Balza liggen op een keten van heuvels achter de Siciliaanse stad Noto - met een weids uitzicht over de stad en de zee.
La Casuzze is een vakantiehuis voor zeven personen. Het is gebouwd met de stenen van de vorige gebouwen. De drie slaapkamers (elk met badkamer en suite) staan waar vroeger de stallen stonden; de woonkamer vervangt het oude huis. De keuken is geplaatst in de voormalige opening tussen de gebouwen. De kamers kunnen van buitenaf worden betreden, maar zijn van binnenuit met elkaar verbonden - zo ontstaat een opeenvolging van kamers van de slaapkamers naar de keuken naar de woonkamer. Daarna volgt het terras en iets verderop het vierkante zwembad, dat is gemodelleerd naar een antiek waterreservoir. Vanaf het dakterras kun je ver uitkijken over het mediterrane maquis.
Het huis La Balza ligt ook op de uitgestrekte Grunstrück - een oude stal die met metalen en glazen elementen werd omgebouwd tot een loftachtig vakantiehuis voor twee personen. De oude muren zijn bewaard gebleven en scheiden nu de woon-, slaap- en badkamerruimtes. Voor je ligt een open kamer met een grote glazen pui en uitzicht op je eigen zwembad.

Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
