Las casas Le Casuzze y La Balza están situadas en una cadena de colinas detrás de la ciudad siciliana de Noto, con amplias vistas de la ciudad y el mar.
La Casuzze es una casa de vacaciones para siete personas. Se construyó a partir de las piedras de los edificios anteriores. Los tres dormitorios (cada uno con baño en suite) se sitúan donde antes estaban los establos; el salón sustituye a la antigua casa. La cocina se colocó en el antiguo hueco entre los edificios. Se puede acceder a las habitaciones desde el exterior, pero están conectadas entre sí por el interior, lo que crea una secuencia de estancias desde los dormitorios hasta la cocina y el salón. A continuación está la terraza y un poco más allá la piscina cuadrada, que sigue el modelo de un antiguo depósito de agua. Desde la azotea se domina el maquis mediterráneo.
La casa La Balza también se encuentra en el extenso Grunstrück - un antiguo establo que fue rediseñado con elementos de metal y vidrio en una casa de vacaciones tipo loft para dos personas. Se conservaron los antiguos muros y ahora separan las zonas de estar, dormitorio y baño. Delante hay una habitación abierta con una gran fachada de cristal y vistas a su propia piscina.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
