In het BAR SHUKA restaurant komen oosterse gerechten samen op het bord. Mensen van over de hele wereld vertellen hun verhalen in de Bollywood room, het Italiaanse Caffé Bomba en de Japanse SHUKA bar. De gedeelde werkruimte in Studio 54 kan worden gebruikt voor een langer of korter verblijf.
Het hotel beschikt over 152 gastenkamers en vijf verschillende zalen voor vergaderingen, opnames en allerlei soorten evenementen: Freiraum I (65m²), Freiraum II (35m²) en Freiraum III (65m²), met 165m² vloeroppervlak voor maximaal 60 personen in één ruimte. Veel daglicht, standaard apparatuur en individuele catering. Extra Speakeasy-ruimte (Opium Den) van 32m² achter de bar. Verder is er de Bollywoodzaal in het souterrain met 170m² vloeroppervlak. Het is de perfecte omgeving voor lezingen, vergaderingen of hippe klantenevenementen dankzij het kleurrijke, ongebruikelijke ontwerp en de ruime zitplaatsen voor maximaal 100 personen. Met een DJ, bar en entertainmentapparatuur is deze ondergrondse locatie de perfecte plek om de hele nacht door te gaan.
Het spectaculaire dakterras met de traditionele Finse sauna ligt hoog op de 6e verdieping. Een rustige zone nodigt gasten uit om te luieren op de ligbedden. Er is een calisthenics parkour aangelegd voor frisse luchttraining met uitzicht op de skyline van Frankfurt. Dan is er nog de binnenplaats - een miniatuuroase om te ontspannen in het hart van het Bahnhofsviertel, ver weg van de drukte. Gasten kunnen hier bij mooi weer ook eten van BAR SHUKA.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
