En el restaurante BAR SHUKA, los platos orientales se unen en el plato. Gente de todo el mundo cuenta sus historias en la sala Bollywood, el Caffé Bomba italiano y el bar SHUKA japonés. El espacio de trabajo compartido de Studio 54 puede utilizarse para estancias más o menos largas.
El hotel ofrece 152 habitaciones y cinco salas diferentes para reuniones, rodajes y todo tipo de eventos: Freiraum I (65 m²), Freiraum II (35 m²) y Freiraum III (65 m²), que ofrecen 165 m² de superficie para hasta 60 personas en una sola sala. Mucha luz natural, equipamiento estándar y catering individual. Sala Speakeasy adicional (Opium Den) con 32m² detrás del Bar. Además, en el sótano se encuentra la Sala Bollywood, con 170 m² de superficie. Es el escenario perfecto para lecturas, reuniones o eventos de moda para clientes gracias a su colorido e inusual diseño y su amplio aforo de hasta 100 personas. Con DJ, bar y equipo de entretenimiento, este local subterráneo es el lugar perfecto para pasar la noche.
La espectacular terraza de la azotea con la tradicional sauna finlandesa se alza imperiosa en lo alto de la 6ª planta. Una zona tranquila invita a los huéspedes a holgazanear en sillones reclinables. También hay un parque de calistenia para hacer ejercicio al aire libre con vistas al horizonte de Fráncfort. También hay un patio interior, un oasis en miniatura para relajarse en el corazón del Bahnhofsviertel, lejos del mundanal ruido. Los huéspedes también pueden disfrutar de la comida del BAR SHUKA cuando hace buen tiempo.
Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
