Het belangrijkste buitenzwembad ligt naast het centraal gelegen San Michele gebouw, samen met een kinderzwembad en een bubbelbad. Hier ervaar je buitengewone vergezichten over het Toscaanse landschap. Dit gebied is onlangs gerenoveerd met schaduwrijke zitplaatsen rond de bar bij het zwembad, wat een architectonisch detail toevoegt aan het gebied. Het yoga-dek dat discreet verscholen ligt achter het zwembad van San Michele, kijkt uit over een olijfgaard en biedt een panoramisch uitzicht op de Apennijnen in het noorden. Het houten dek meet 14 x 7 meter en heeft stromend water, elektriciteit en een zeilluifel voor schaduw. Deze twee buitenruimtes bieden de perfecte achtergrond voor alle evenementen en fotoshoots.

Middeleeuws dorp en bossen
Het terrein van de Location is uitgebreid met bossen, olijfgaarden en middeleeuwse dorpjes. Uitzichten over het Toscaanse landschap zijn bij elke bocht op het landgoed te vinden.
Toiano Vecchio is een middeleeuws park op korte loopafstand van het centrale centrum van de Villa, dat in 2017 werd gerenoveerd. Het was ooit de plek van een middeleeuws kasteel en heeft door de eeuwen heen verschillende transformaties ondergaan. Het oorspronkelijke kasteel stortte in tijdens een hevige aardbeving en de grotere stenen werden gebruikt om de nabijgelegen 19e-eeuwse villa te bouwen. Het park is gecentreerd rond een heuvel, een van de hoogste punten in de regio, met een bebost wandelpad ernaartoe. Het heeft een oude fontein, een merkwaardige met schelpen beklede grot en onze grootste biologische moestuin.

Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
