Der Hauptaußenpool befindet sich neben dem zentral gelegenen Gebäude San Michele, zusammen mit einem Kinderbecken und einem Whirlpool. Von hier aus haben Sie einen außergewöhnlichen Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Dieser Bereich wurde vor kurzem renoviert und mit schattigen Sitzgelegenheiten rund um die Poolbar ausgestattet, was dem Bereich ein architektonisches Detail verleiht. Das Yogadeck, das diskret hinter dem Pool San Michele versteckt ist, überblickt einen Olivenhain und bietet einen Panoramablick auf die Apenninen im Norden. Das Holzdeck ist 14 x 7 Meter groß und verfügt über fließendes Wasser, Strom und ein schattenspendendes Sonnendach. Diese beiden Außenbereiche bieten die perfekte Kulisse für alle Veranstaltungen und Fotoshootings.

Mittelalterliches Dorf und Waldgebiete
Das Gelände des Ortes ist weitläufig und bietet Wälder, Olivenhaine und mittelalterliche Dörfer. Auf Schritt und Tritt bieten sich Ausblicke auf die toskanische Landschaft.
Toiano Vecchio ist ein mittelalterlicher Park, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Zentrum der Villa entfernt liegt und 2017 renoviert wurde. Einst befand sich hier eine mittelalterliche Burg, die im Laufe der Jahrhunderte mehrfach umgestaltet wurde. Die ursprüngliche Burg stürzte bei einem heftigen Erdbeben ein und die größeren Steine wurden für den Bau der nahe gelegenen Villa aus dem 19. Jahrhundert verwendet. Der Park ist um einen Hügel herum angelegt, einen der höchsten Punkte der Region, auf den ein bewaldeter Weg hinaufführt. Hier gibt es einen alten Brunnen, eine kuriose Muschelgrotte und den größten Bio-Gemüsegarten des Landes.

Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
