This Home is een klein huis in het bruisende Berlijn dat dienst doet als een "verhuurbaar museum" van mooi design en architectuur van het opkomende modernisme uit de jaren 1920. Het is vaak bekroond voor zijn authentieke restauratie en maakt deel uit van de op de UNESCO-lijst geplaatste "Hufeisensiedlung", een beroemd wooncomplex ontworpen door architect Bruno Taut 1925-30. Het huis is volledig ingericht en uitgerust met typische designklassiekers en kleine authentieke stukken uit de Weimarrepubliek en het Bauhaus-tijdperk. Voor het huis ligt een terras en een kleine tuin met bloeiende fruitbomen waar ook de hangmat in hangt. Het huis was vaak te zien op tv, in architectuur- en lifestylebladen en in internationale media. Het dient meestal als vakantiehuis voor liefhebbers van mooie architectuur, biedt plaats aan maximaal vier overnachtende gasten, maar kan ook worden gehuurd als stimulerende en zeer authentieke locatie voor film- en video-shootings. Het huis wordt gerund door een architect/ontwerpersechtpaar dat in de buurt woont.
P.S.: In de directe omgeving zijn er genoeg andere plekken om extra beelden vast te leggen. Het monumentale ensemble dat op de UNESCO-lijst staat, is een schitterend stukje kleurrijke architectuur. Het historische ensemble "Schloss Britz" is een andere schilderachtige neorenaissance hotspot met een goed onderhouden park en andere huizen met landelijke uitstraling.

Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
