Originele stenen en bakstenen structuren worden aangevuld met strakke, eigentijdse lijnen. Een privékapel maakt plaats voor een op maat gemaakte ijzeren pergola. Kruiden- en bloemenaroma's uit de tuinen zweven door de lucht.
Tafels met paraplu's omringen een centrale piazza en elke kamer heeft zijn eigen aparte ontwerp. Dit alles resulteert in een ontspannende historische oase met een onmiskenbaar moderne uitstraling.
De elegante en levendige eigentijdse stijl, doordrenkt met traditioneel vakmanschap uit Umbrië, zorgt voor een luxueuze, ontspannen Italiaanse sfeer. De sprookjesachtige evenemententuin biedt tal van plekken die geschikt zijn voor zowel privé- als zakelijke evenementen. Het belangrijkste architectonische concept was om een discrete maar complete renovatie uit te voeren, waarbij de structuur en de diensten geüpdatet werden om aan de verwachtingen van de huidige internationale gast te voldoen, terwijl tegelijkertijd de geschiedenis en de bestaande charme van de gebouwen behouden bleven. Het historische omhulsel bevat een innovatieve mix van hedendaags design dat de ervaring van de gasten tijdens hun verblijf zal begeleiden. Architect Jacopo Venerosi Pesciolini met zijn team van Archiloop studio uit Florence, heeft de ruimtes ontworpen om een buitengewone tijdloze ervaring te geven om deze speciale oude kloostersfeer te herbeleven met allerlei comfort en faciliteiten.
Het gebruik van lokaal vakmanschap geeft het interieur extra warmte. Sommige kamers en suites hebben een zwart buitenbad, ontworpen voor twee personen, op hun privéterras. Elke kamer en suite heeft zijn eigen individuele kleurenconcept.

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
