Le strutture originali in pietra e mattoni sono arricchite da linee nitide e contemporanee. Una cappella privata lascia il posto a un pergolato in ferro su misura. Gli aromi floreali ed erbacei dei giardini si diffondono nell'aria.
Tavoli con ombrelloni circondano una piazza centrale e ogni camera ha un design distinto. Il tutto si traduce in un'oasi storica rilassante con un'innegabile atmosfera moderna.

Il concetto architettonico principale è stato quello di realizzare una ristrutturazione discreta ma completa, aggiornando la struttura e i servizi per soddisfare le attuali aspettative degli ospiti internazionali, preservando allo stesso tempo la storia e il fascino esistente degli edifici. L'involucro storico contiene un mix innovativo di design contemporaneo che guiderà l'esperienza degli ospiti durante il loro soggiorno. L'architetto Jacopo Venerosi Pesciolini, con il suo team dello studio Archiloop di Firenze, ha progettato gli spazi in modo da offrire una straordinaria esperienza senza tempo per rivivere la speciale atmosfera dell'antico monastero con tutti i tipi di comfort e servizi.
L'uso dell'artigianato locale conferisce ulteriore calore agli interni. Alcune camere e suite dispongono di una vasca da bagno nera all'aperto, progettata per due persone, sulla loro terrazza privata. Ogni camera e suite ha un concetto cromatico individuale.

Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
