This old factory in the Berlin countryside exudes a unique atmosphere that is ideal for the production of horror films or historical themes. With its weathered walls and rusty pipes, it tells stories of times gone by and thus offers a fascinating backdrop, especially for dark moods.
Several buildings house spacious halls from approx. 250 m2, which can also accommodate extensive backdrops or elaborate scenes; adjoining rooms are also available. Due to the listed building status, structural changes to the Wilhelminian style building are only possible to a limited extent. A vacant old residential building is also available and can be used for filming. The quiet location on the outskirts of the village enables sound recordings without disturbing noises.
The old Zehdenick factory can be dark and mysterious or nostalgic and romantic - a versatile backdrop for crime thrillers, gangster films, historical or distophical material.
