Villa Caicresce is a beautiful luxury villa set in a secluded but accessible location just minutes from the beautiful hilltop town of Montone.
The villa is situated on large, private grounds with a couple of small olive groves and has spectacular wrap-around views of the surrounding valleys and hills. The villa is a classically beautiful old stone farmhouse - full of history and original features (including the remains of the original tobacco tower), but with all the modern amenities needed.
Villa Caicresce consists of two buildings. The main beautiful sandstone villa comprises 5 bedrooms with five ensuite bathrooms. A few metres away, there is a free-standing guesthouse (the old barn) with 2 extra bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a large living space and full kitchen.
The villa and guesthouse are full of beautiful traditional features, including cool cotto flooring, exposed stone walls and high ceilings with exposed beams and original arches. There also a great kitchen with plenty of space, stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances.
There are 4 living areas (one with an open fireplace). The bedrooms are all simply and stylishly furnished, with modern ensuite bathrooms, including a beautiful claw-footed bath in the master bedroom.
The gardens at Villa Caicresce are simply beautiful. Architecturally designed to make the most of the magnificent view. In front of the main villa is a large terrace with a spectacular artisan built marble table.

Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
