The Panorama House is a place of relaxation for design lovers who are looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Panorama House is a skilful mixture of architecture, artworks and design furniture, embedded in the most beautiful natural landscape of Usedom. As the first habitable art collection on Usedom, the Panorama House invites guests, family and friends to embark on a relaxing art and architectural journey. Alone or in a small group, with family or friends, the Panorama House welcomes them with open arms and will not let them go quickly.
We offer our visitors a place where they can create a personal hideaway to relax and recharge their batteries. This means that their mind can take a break from the stress and worry of juggling everything in life. They can rest their minds to become powerful and creative again. A long walk by the sea, a chance interesting conversation with an unknown person or a breathtaking work of art can make us think, it lets us switch off and can bring us back to life.
The concept of the house is to invite guests to come up with new ideas through music, literature and art. Time and conscious enjoyment are decisive factors in this. These elements are the "soul" of our house. A small art collection integrated into the house, with works by Gerold Miller, Ulrich Gleiter, Lev Khesin, Jens Hausmann, Albrecht Tübke, Wolfgang Mattheuer and a constantly growing number of young up-and-coming artists, invites you to constantly look and discover. A generous book collection with more than 1000 art books and works of the most important representatives of literature will let you escape from everyday life.
In the same vein, we have created a future Artist in Residence Program for the house. The aim of the program is to support emerging or established artists while at the same time giving them the opportunity to develop their artistic practice in a lively new environment. At certain times of the year, we open our house to artists looking for new inspiration and give them the opportunity to find time for reflection, research or creation outside of their usual environment, without the immediate use of their own financial resources. During their stay with us, artists can explore new landscapes or experiment with new working methods and materials. The opening of our house for this purpose is a matter of particular concern to us, which is very close to our hearts.
Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.
For general questions, email yeah@plush74.com. The team reads every message. You can also call +49 30 7001 6966, available 09:00-18:00 CET, Monday to Friday. If you're a location owner with a listing question, use members@plush74.com instead. There's also a Contact page with all these details.
There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
