Het Panoramahaus is een ontspanningsoord voor designliefhebbers die de drukte van de stad even willen ontvluchten. Het Panoramahaus is een kunstige mix van architectuur, kunstwerken en designmeubels, ingebed in het mooiste natuurlandschap van Usedom. Als eerste bewoonbare kunstverzameling op Usedom nodigt het Panoramahaus gasten, familie en vrienden uit voor een ontspannende kunst- en architectuurreis. Alleen of in een kleine groep, met familie of vrienden, het Panoramahaus ontvangt ze met open armen en zal ze niet snel laten gaan.
We bieden onze bezoekers een plek waar ze een persoonlijke schuilplaats kunnen creëren om te ontspannen en nieuwe energie op te doen. Dit betekent dat hun geest een pauze kan nemen van de stress en zorgen van het jongleren met alles in het leven. Ze kunnen hun geest laten rusten om weer krachtig en creatief te worden. Een lange wandeling aan zee, een toevallig interessant gesprek met een onbekende of een adembenemend kunstwerk kan ons aan het denken zetten, het laat ons uitschakelen en kan ons weer tot leven brengen.
Het concept van het huis is gasten uit te nodigen om nieuwe ideeën op te doen door middel van muziek, literatuur en kunst. Tijd en bewust genieten zijn hierbij doorslaggevende factoren. Deze elementen vormen de "ziel" van ons huis. Een kleine kunstcollectie geïntegreerd in het huis, met werken van Gerold Miller, Ulrich Gleiter, Lev Khesin, Jens Hausmann, Albrecht Tübke, Wolfgang Mattheuer en een voortdurend groeiend aantal jonge opkomende kunstenaars, nodigt je uit om voortdurend te kijken en te ontdekken. Een royale boekencollectie met meer dan 1000 kunstboeken en werken van de belangrijkste vertegenwoordigers van de literatuur laat je ontsnappen aan het leven van alledag.
In dezelfde geest hebben we een toekomstig Artist in Residence Programma voor het huis gecreëerd. Het doel van het programma is om opkomende of gevestigde kunstenaars te ondersteunen en hen tegelijkertijd de kans te geven om hun artistieke praktijk te ontwikkelen in een levendige nieuwe omgeving. Op bepaalde momenten van het jaar stellen we ons huis open voor kunstenaars die op zoek zijn naar nieuwe inspiratie en geven we hen de kans om tijd te vinden voor reflectie, onderzoek of creatie buiten hun gebruikelijke omgeving, zonder dat ze direct hun eigen financiële middelen hoeven aan te spreken. Tijdens hun verblijf bij ons kunnen kunstenaars nieuwe landschappen verkennen of experimenteren met nieuwe werkmethoden en materialen. De openstelling van ons huis voor dit doel is een zaak die ons na aan het hart ligt.
Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
