The approx 30.000 sqm space offers a maximum amount of several different ambiences and a variety of potential settings for film- and photoshoots. Since 2015 a lot of companies have been settling in the former factory for cameras and binoculars. You find stylish business-lofts flooded with light as well as dark basements areas, lovely decorated artist ateliers and endless window fronts. A big highlight is the spacious rooftop area with a 360 ° view over the green southwest part of Berlin. The huge foyer, almost untouched since the 1960’s, the spectacular Kulturwerk Zehlendorf, including styles from vintage chic and high tech such as winding staircases where you still feel the spirit of former times. In all parts you clearly see the 100 year old history of the restored industrial monument that offers plenty of room for your phantasy.

Logistics? - No problem!

Even large fleets with huge movie trucks find enough space on the terrain which provides retreat options for your team members. Also available are water supplies and service elevators. If needed you have access to even last minute manpower as well as equipment and our facility management team is always happy to help. For the culinary satisfaction of your crew members we offer the wonderful kitchen of our own caterer located also at the location.
