Over 1000m² of space, set in a quiet back courtyard with private garden, this is no ordinary venue. Six large, flexible spaces over five floors, two of which are coming soon, situated in a former soap factory in the beating heart of Berlin Neukölln.

This historic industrial building has been carefully renovated and redesigned to offer stylish, modern and unique settings incorporating aspects of the building’s origins; original wooden floors and windows, steel columns and beams, exposed brickwork, hand-built or mid-century furniture and huge amounts of natural daylight!

Although not suitable for parties or events, this space can be used as a professional workspace accommodating your needs in a one-of-a-kind venue, with a unique interior design and atmosphere that has the perfect backdrop for photoshoots and all kinds of productions.
