A sólo 30 metros del mar y con vistas al Capo Zaferrano, esta villa está situada en una ladera rocosa de la costa norte de Sicilia. El arquitecto italiano Armando Barraja diseñó la casa como residencia de verano para su familia a finales de la década de 1980.
Le recordará a un barco, con detalles como ventanas de ojo de buey, balaustradas en forma de barandilla y la omnipresente vista al mar. Situada en una pendiente, la entrada está en el nivel superior. Enseguida se accede al salón central con chimenea y zona de comedor. Desde aquí se accede a los tres dormitorios, el cuarto de baño y la cocina.
El acceso a la terraza está flanqueado a ambos lados por las paredes de cristal típicas de la época de la casa. Desde la gran terraza, unos puentes conducen a la parte trasera de la casa y unas escaleras exteriores llevan a las dos plantas inferiores, cada una con un dormitorio y un cuarto de baño. Hay otra terraza en el nivel intermedio y también se puede tomar el sol en las plataformas rocosas de abajo, a sólo dos metros sobre el mar.

Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
