Nur 30 Meter vom Meer entfernt und mit Blick auf das Capo Zaferrano liegt diese Villa an einem felsigen Hang an der Nordküste Siziliens. Der italienische Architekt Armando Barraja entwarf das Haus in den späten 1980er Jahren als Sommerresidenz für seine Familie.
Es erinnert an ein Schiff mit Details wie Bullaugenfenstern, geländerartigen Balustraden und dem allgegenwärtigen Blick auf das Meer. Durch die Hanglage befindet sich der Eingang auf der oberen Ebene. Man betritt sofort den zentralen Wohnbereich mit Kamin und Essbereich. Von hier aus gelangt man in die drei Schlafzimmer, das Badezimmer und die Küche.
Der Zugang zur Terrasse wird auf beiden Seiten von den für die Epoche des Hauses typischen Glaswänden flankiert. Von der großen Terrasse aus führen Brücken zur Rückseite des Hauses und Außentreppen zu den beiden unteren Etagen, die jeweils über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer verfügen. Auf der mittleren Ebene gibt es eine weitere Terrasse und man kann sich auch auf den Felsenplattformen unten, nur zwei Meter über dem Meer, sonnen.

Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
