De Location dateert uit de 15e eeuw en is een werkelijk opmerkelijke en elegante renaissancevilla gelegen op de spectaculaire heuvels van Florence en op slechts een steenworp afstand van de stad.
De villa ligt aan het einde van een met cipressen omzoomde oprijlaan op de zuidelijke heuvels van Florence en middenin het spectaculaire platteland dat de beroemde stad omringt. De ligging, op slechts tien minuten rijden van de stad, maar met alle voordelen, comfort en schoonheid van een verblijf op het platteland, is één van de unieke punten. Het is zonder twijfel de villa die het dichtst bij Florence ligt in termen van villa's van dit formaat.
De indeling van de villa is typisch voor aristocratische villa's uit de renaissance. Het is gecentreerd rond een geplaveide binnenplaats, omringd door formele tuinen en gelegen in een productief agrarisch landschap. De villa zelf meet 1000 vierkante meter en biedt plaats aan veertien gasten in zeven slaapkamers.
De villa ligt in een park van elf hectare omringd door een typisch Toscaans landschap van olijfgaarden en glooiende, pittoreske heuvels. Achter de olijfgaard ligt een meer dat het wild en de tuinen van het landgoed van water voorziet. Gezien de grootte van het park zijn er een aantal geschikte landingsplaatsen voor gasten die per helikopter arriveren. De villa wordt omringd door twee prachtige en rustige tuinen. Aan de ene kant ligt de Porcinai-tuin met daarin het zwembad, genoemd naar de beroemde landschaps- en tuinontwerper Pietro Porcinai. Aan de andere kant van de villa ligt de Ceder tuin, genoemd naar de 300 jaar oude Libanon Ceder die het middelpunt van de tuin vormt.
De villa is volledig bemand en biedt gasten maximaal comfort tijdens hun verblijf. Gasten worden goed geholpen door het inwonende huishoudelijke echtpaar, de chef-kok en de conciërgeservice die 24 uur per dag hulp biedt.

Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
