Can Jai de Dalt is een oude Ibicencaanse boerderij met prachtige energie, een overvloed aan karakter en gelegen in 15 hectare bos en landbouwgrond, terrasvormig gebouwd met droge stenen muren. De finca heeft 360 graden ongerept uitzicht over de heuvels rond Sant Joan en de baai van Xarraca. Privépaden meanderen vanuit de tuin, er is een rondwandeling van 15 minuten over het land, ook paden naar beneden naar de Moon Beach weg richting Xarraca, of de berg op om de Benirras baai te bekijken, 30 minuten klimmen. Het landschap is spectaculair. Het prachtige dorp Sant Joan ligt op slechts een paar minuten rijden, met een kleine supermarkt, een paar heerlijke eetgelegenheden en een authentieke zondagsmarkt. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand en de kustweg naar Portinatx is ook maar een paar minuten rijden. Het huis ligt naast de weg naar Portinatx en is bereikbaar via een pad van 200 meter dat leidt naar ruime parkeergelegenheid.

You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
