Het pand heeft 2 grote woonkamers aan de voorkant. Aan de achterkant is een grote open keuken, woonkamer en eetkamer. Deze ruimte heeft grote glazen ramen van vloer tot plafond en openslaande deuren naar de tuin. Het huis ligt op het zuiden, dus deze ruimte wordt de hele dag overspoeld met natuurlijk licht. De tuin aan de achterkant biedt veel ruimte voor het geval er meer lichtapparatuur nodig is voor opnames.
Het pand zit vol met originele details uit het Victoriaanse tijdperk die ook zijn aangevuld met verschillende industriële accenten. Veel kamers hebben bakstenen muren en houten lambrisering. Er zijn stalen kolommen en open haarden, betonnen vloeren en werkbladen en vloeren van blauwe baksteen. Alle plafonds zijn 10 voet hoog, wat een echt gevoel van ruimte en licht geeft. Aan de achterkant van het pand is er een ruimte met dubbele hoogte en een balkon met uitzicht. De ouderslaapkamer heeft een enorm gewelfd plafond met zichtbare balken en bevat het balkon op de tussenverdieping.
Toegang
Het pand heeft een oprit die groot genoeg is voor meerdere voertuigen. Er is ook voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid op straat. Er zijn 2 toegangspunten: via de voordeur en via een zijpoort die toegang geeft tot de patio en de achterkant van het pand. Beide deuren zijn groot genoeg voor apparatuur en rekwisieten.
Uitrusting
Beide ingangen zijn groot en bieden gemakkelijke toegang tot de apparatuur. Er is veel ruimte om apparatuur en rekwisieten 's nachts op te slaan als dat nodig is.
Inboedel
Alle meubels en inboedel van de huiseigenaar kunnen worden verplaatst om ruimte te maken voor apparatuur of decors. Indien nodig kunnen voorwerpen ook als rekwisieten worden gebruikt.

We bieden graag een ruime keuze aan betaalbare cateringopties, zowel op locatie als na de shoot.

You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
