Het prachtige huis heeft een eenvoudige plattegrond met een gebogen muur die privacy creëert naar de weg toe. Alle kamers kijken uit over het open landschap op het westen en hebben toegang tot het grote overdekte terras. De bedden staan langs de gevel zodat ze zowel van binnenuit als direct vanaf het terras toegankelijk zijn. Ook de douche is zowel van buiten als van binnen toegankelijk. Als de lange rij glazen deuren openstaat, voelen de kleine slaapkamers en de douche als nissen langs het overdekte terras.
De trap en het keukenblok zijn gebouwd in massieve volumes van betonnen bakstenen die de belangrijkste leefruimte omlijsten. De gebogen stenen muur is verzonken om een kleine binnenplaats te creëren voor de eerste ochtendzon, beschermd tegen de wind. De houten structuur vormt een groen huis op de eerste verdieping. Het bevat een grote en lichte ruimte voor het kweken van groenten, een studio voor creatief werk en een geweldige plek om te genieten van het uitzicht en het daglicht ondanks het veranderende weer.
Een bad en een bed maken van de kas een spectaculaire ruimte in de lente en herfst. In de warme seizoenen lijkt het alsof het huis de hele tuin omvat. In de winter wordt het compacte geïsoleerde huis een kleine en gezellige plek om het landschap en het veranderende weer te bekijken door de panoramische ramen.

Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
