We komen veel unieke ruimtes tegen in Berlijn, zoals waar dan ook, maar dit is een van de meest adembenemende lofts in de stad die we tot nu toe zijn tegengekomen, en niet alleen de studio zelf, maar ook de geschiedenis erachter en de liefde die in deze ruimte is gestoken, maakt het extra bijzonder. Er wordt gezegd dat de stad een brug naar het eiland heeft gebouwd, alleen voor Klappert en andere kunstenaars die in het gebouw wonen. De loft, voorheen een fabriek, ligt midden in Berlijn maar volledig afgelegen, op een piepklein eilandje bij Nonnendammm.
De studio heeft 600 vierkante meter, versierd als het is door de eigenaar en zijn artistieke vrienden, de industriële loft heeft houten vloeren, vintage meubels, grote fabrieksramen, zichtbaar in de meeste deuren evenals de serre, van vloer tot plafond handgemaakte boekenkasten en voor het raam ligt een ondiep waterbassin, dat je bijna het gevoel geeft in een soort klooster te zijn, ware het niet dat er een pooltafel en een vintage stereo naast het bassin staan. De hele plek laat je gewoon in totale verwondering achter.
Bij binnenkomst is het'moeilijk om niet getroffen te worden door de enorme ruimte en de unieke inrichting. Zelfs de badkamer zal je sprakeloos achterlaten en als deze je bekend voorkomt, zullen we je een geheimpje verklappen: de Duitse film 'Keinohrhasen' is hier opgenomen. Wie wordt de volgende?

Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
