De royale leefruimte omvat 3 informele ontvangstruimten, evenals een pilatesstudio, tv-kamer/speelkamer, enorme bijkeuken en kantoor. Er is ruime parkeergelegenheid voor ongeveer 10 auto's op de oprit met grind, verborgen door volwassen beplanting.
De benijdenswaardige keuken / ontbijt / familiekamer opent via enorme houten openslaande deuren naar een 250 vierkante meter groot terras met verzonken beplanting en vervolgens naar een kleurrijke tuin op het zuiden met uitzicht op bomen en de hemel. De keuken is voorzien van moderne soft-close kasten met houtnerfeffect, kwartswerkbladen en geïntegreerde Miele-apparatuur van topklasse. De informele salon heeft een moderne kalkstenen open haard, aangevuld met brede houten planken vloeren met verzonken verlichte boekenplanken die leiden naar het terras aan de achterkant. Het terras zelf heeft een enorme c-vormige bank die comfortabel plaats biedt aan 12 personen en een eettafel voor 12 personen.
Er is extra WiFi en airconditioning op de eerste verdieping. Er is intelligente verlichting en vloerverwarming in de hele keuken, eetkamer en bijkeuken.
Er is een milieuvriendelijk, met lucht verwarmd zwembad met onderwaterverlichting en elektrische afdekking dat kindvriendelijk is en betreden kan worden. Het zwembad heeft een groot zit-/kijkgedeelte in het midden van de tuin.

Plush74 is a curated marketplace for film, photo and event locations across Europe. Clients browse thousands of handpicked spaces, like villas, lofts, studios and event venues, search by description or reference image, chat directly with the location owner, and book through the platform. Location owners can list their space, receive booking requests, and manage everything through their own dashboard.
Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
