In one of the most beautiful metropolises in the world, Oberschöneweide was once one of the most important urban factory quarters in Germany. Here you will find our loft in the rooms of an old battery factory.
Clean lines, modern design and old industrial facades create the perfect setting for your photo or film production. The loft has another floor, similar to a maisonette, as a gallery occupies 35m² of the space. The three large industrial windows (each 2.35 x 1.55) face north, and two additional light sources are located on the loft ceiling. A skylight above the gallery and another that extends across the entire space. The lighting situation is excellent throughout for photo and video productions. You simply bring your working materials with you. You can use our tables and chairs, as well as a few other furnishings. Access by truck is possible, but only one car can park directly in front of the door. In the surrounding area you will find more parking spaces and cafes and restaurants for every taste.
On fully equipped 130 sqm in the modernized industrial loft you will find everything you need for a successful event/production. In the new kitchen our favorite helper is waiting for you - the coffee machine (also suitable for tea drinkers). There already the break becomes a small highlight for you and your guests.
Are you planning a yoga class or do you need the room for yourself? No problem, then the chairs and tables simply stay in the closet and you simply take advantage of the generous bright loft atmosphere with a ceiling height of 5 meters!

Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
