Throwback to our first P74 workshop of the year: For a full week in March, the Plushies came together from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, and Croatia to meet for a team offsite at our Alpine Bureau in Ardez, Switzerland - a 300 year-old hay barn with wifi, great coffee, and a view.
After four days of cross-functional meetings, product deep-dives and releases, morning fountain dips and evening village walks, we dedicated our Friday workshop to exploring the importance of trust in everything we do. In that vein, we discussed our values, reviewed our goals, and even wrote private letters from our future selves...
Huge thanks to the team for the truly great vibes, and for making it all happen! Here's to more inspiring workshops ahead!

Modern/vintage props, diverse wall surfaces (oak, concrete, plain white), and a gallery for bird's eye views. Sustainability is a serious concern for this studio team, sourcing from local partners where possible and using a portion of their income to support community projects.
