The hotel is centrally located on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the largest urban parks in Berlin-Mitte, spanning nearly 520 hectares.
Originally built in 2005 as a congress hotel, its architecture reflects the height and building lines of a neighboring historic landmark. A distinctive tower next to the main entrance blends classical and modern elements, while the façade, clad in natural travertine, creates a harmonious connection with the surrounding architecture.
The interior design by El Ghoneimi draws inspiration from the nearby parkland. Dominated by deep green and warm brown tones, and complemented by light marble, the spaces evoke a sense of calm and elegance. Artworks in the public areas and guest rooms reflect the beauty of nature, fostering a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere.
