In a quiet spot in the heart of Friederichshain a compelling space where paintings are expressed, sculptures are wrought, dreams and visions are coming true.

This 100m2 loft has one large living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, a bedroom, an art corner and a large outdoor area. As soon as you walk in you are mesmerised by small figures, large scale paintings and many gems dissolved in and around the loft. White wooden shelves, smooth and brick walls serving as a great backgrounds for different motifs and plenty of natural light floods the rooms.

An environment of storytelling and a kind of prestige where we can feel the artists palpable presence. This loft holds space for distinctive settings, creative shootings and innovative content creation.
