The place is very versatile, yet has proven ideal for corporate & b2b events, parties, film-screenings or presentations as well as film and photography productions.
It is located in a striking building designed for the elite of the DDR and the high-quality architecture is visible due to the space’s four panoramic windows, high ceilings and generous indoor space. There is also an outdoor area on the Allee’s large pedestrian, protected from the street by a wide greenspace and with a view towards the iconic TV tower.
The furniture and decoration: Displaying an exquisite collection of Mexican handcrafts in a gallery-like style, the bar has an interior design resembling the modernism of a Luis Barragan house, combining wooden and marble elements with straight lines, rough surfaces and vivid colours.
The venue is furnished with multiple large tables and customised wooden benches along the windows, marble café tables and a large bar area with stools bordering a dancefloor. It fit 80 seating and up to 100 inside incl. standing. Outside, up to 40 people can be seated.
Alternatively if you wish to have an open space to self-furnish, our spacious cellar also allows us to store all of our own equipment so you can customise the space the best way to fit your needs.
Sound and Video: The bar has a complete DJ setup with turntables, CDjs, a mic and a DJ mixer. There is also a screen and beamer which allows a simple plug-and-play option to guests DJs, musicians and sound engineers. The location also has fully sound-proof walls and ceilings which allows it to host events with loud music without bothering the neighbours.

Search using filters, a text description, or a reference image. Save the ones you like, then send a chat request straight to the owner. You can message several locations and manage every conversation from one inbox. Once you agree on dates and price, Plush74 handles the contract and payment, and you'll see the booking move through simple status steps. Browsing and chatting is free for clients.
Three steps: apply on our listing page and pay a one-time €74 onboarding fee, our team personally reviews your submission for quality, and once approved you get a dashboard to upload photos, set your price and go live. Clients then contact you directly through chat. Plush74 only takes a commission when a booking actually happens. No booking, no fee. There's no monthly subscription.
Each owner sets their own rental rate. Plush74 doesn't fix prices. Rates are usually shown and booked as a day rate, with a standard day counted as 10 hours and extra time billed as overtime. Prices are shown in the location's local currency (EUR or CHF) and are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Always confirm the exact rate and what's included in your quote.
To protect our locations' privacy, listings are shown under a working name and a general area (city and country) only, never the exact street address, until a booking is confirmed. This lets owners stay discoverable without exposing their address to everyone browsing. Once your request becomes a confirmed booking, the full address and details are shared in your booking confirmation and contract.

There are two main paths: a free client account for anyone looking to find and book a location (browse, save favourites, chat with owners, track requests), and a member account for location owners who want to list a space (upload photos, set pricing, receive chat requests, manage bookings). Companies or agencies managing several locations apply the same way. You choose your path when you sign up.
On any listing page, scroll to the request form below the photos and fill in your name, email, phone, project, budget, team size and dates, plus a short message about your shoot. Click Send Request. The more detail you give, the faster our team can confirm availability. All requests are screened before a chat opens with the location.
