With a square ground plan and a gable roof, this house stands almost alone in the far end of Lindenhagen village.
Surrounded by lakes, meadows and forests, it's characterised by the rather small volume of the usual settlement house from the 1950's but experiences it's surprise in the interior:
On the first floor a generous and spacious room with a fireplace and a cozy seating overlooking the scenery. Slightly elevated behind it, is the dining area with an open adjoining kitchen and towards the street, the openings are divided into functional areas such as entrée, bedroom and bathroom.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms sleeping 2 x 2 and 1 x 4-6 people, plus a guest toilet.
The interior design is kept simple and rough, washed concrete floors and simple wooden surfaces, complemented with delicate colours. Designed by the architect Thomas Kröger, who also takes credit for the Black House, equally unique and available on PLUSH74 for film productions and photoshoots.
