The scenery is spectacular. Delightful Sant Joan village is only a few minutes drive, with a small supermarket, a few wonderful eateries and an authentic Sunday market. The nearest beach and coastal road up to Portinatx area is also only a few minutes drive. The property is set off the Portinatx road, and is accessed via a 200m track leading to ample car parking.
