MODERN DESIGN OFFICES

This unique north-south facing space is located in the heart of Berlin, where residential, commercial and office spaces come together over six floors and approx. across 4,400 square meters.

The office (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 4th floor - 4th floor also separatly bookable) are available for photo, film and event productions.

The building is characterized by its glass façade, which allows a lot of daylight into the interior, but curtains on each floor may be used to blackout the rooms. Inside, exposed concrete lends character, while vibrant designer furniture and painted areas add vibrant color accents. Towards the north there is also a terrace with a large garden.
