This unique home is located very close to the beach, leaning directly against the dunes with its asymmetrical structure facing the west wind. The architecture is characterized by a black zinc roof and black wooden windows, balancing a warm, inviting interior with its modern exterior.

The spacious entrance extends over two floors and is flooded with light thanks to large window openings at the front and rear as well as a skylight system. The first floor houses the open kitchen and the living room with fireplace as a communal and communication zone. Large sliding glass elements to the terraces connect the interior and exterior and give you the feeling of sitting in the dunes on the sea side. Numerous retreat areas are arranged over three floors, so that peace, intimacy and relaxation are guaranteed for every guest at any time of year.

The interior is furnished with surfaces in oak wood and warm earth tones, accentuated by black accessories and lights. The upper floor offers a unique view across the dunes to the sea. The large, exclusive dormer windows give the bedroom and sauna on the upper floor stunning sea views.
