MINIMALIST DESIGN HOUSE

This modern architectural design house in the Bergedorf Villa district lays on a 1010 m² plot and combines minimalist style with living comfort over 5.5 rooms (ground floor and upper floor).

245 m² of living space is spread over two floors and 3.5 rooms plus two lounge areas under the roof. American walnut wooden floorboards are laid out thoughout the house with underfloor heating. High floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that the rooms are flooded with light.

On the upper floor there are 2.5 rooms and a spacious full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The spacious 30 m² master bedroom impresses with the high ceilings. The free stairs up to the attic have a unique look. The second large room on the upper floor is a children's room and offers plenty of space for playing and taking photos. The room has a door to the upper south terrace, ensuring even more daylight.

To underline the minimalist look, the room doors are equipped with internal door hinges. In front of the house there is a spacious driveway with a garage.
