House and garden are inspired by the rural traditions of the area. In the garden you will find the typical terraces and quarry stone walls; the simple, functional design of the house is reminiscent of the architecture of agricultural buildings. The L-shaped floor plan divides the house into a living area and a two-story sleeping area (both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms). The two structures are connected by the entrance area, in which a concrete staircase with "floating" steps and a fountain with a fitting hanging from the ceiling set design accents. Large window areas and the floor made of industrial concrete, which was used in the house and for the garden design, create a smooth transition between the interior and the exterior. In addition to the terraces distributed around the house, there is a roof garden with views over the hills and the Vendicari Protected Landscape Area to the sea.
