About

  • The iconic Telecommunications Operations Center III in Herdern was realised in 1978 by the Swiss architect Theo Hotz. This building, through which the architect became widely known, marks the entrance to Zurich with its gleaming aluminum facade and yellow ventilation pipes. It hosts over 2'000 servers for the major Swiss telecommunications provider Swisscom.
