A curated selection of furniture — including a small white sofa, a white table, and several chairs — is included in the rental price and can be used flexibly for different setups.
The second space is a spacious 130 sqm loft, ideal for larger productions or video shoots. With its exposed brick walls, raw concrete ceilings and plants, it offers a modern urban loft aesthetic with a warm, lifestyle-oriented feel.
The loft also features a large open kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room setting — perfect for cooking classes, filming of food content, editorial productions, brand content, podcasts or filmed interviews.
