About

On 4.5 hectares of old concrete factory premises in the Uckermark region, a place is being created that will be exemplary for sustainable, social and culturally multifaceted living and working together.

Together with local residents, actors from the region and impulses from Berlin, this concrete factory right at the Oder Canal will be transformed from an industrial wasteland into a concrete utopia. Ideas, visions and wishes are collected in different formats and discussed together.

The site is located on the Oder Canal and Oder-Neisse cycle path and borders directly on the Lower Oder Valley Nature Park. It has several large production halls, a group house and several current tenants, including an organic café and a stage builder.
