Think Hanging Gardens of Babylon - Brutalist-style - in the centre of bustling Berlin.

This construction is a monumental building in Wedding with an overhanging, fully glazed frontage, it gives the impression of a structure that is sleek and finished. Its large glass fronts harness the sunlight of the changing seasons. But delve into the well-hidden back of the building and you’ll be surprised: Wide, abundant terraces open like a cascade towards the south, trippy stairs lie on an angle and the rooftop with 120m2 offers a panoramic view of Berlin (Has elevator access and a WC).

Two rooms, a cantine, garden and the rooftop are all available for photoshoots, film productions, musical events, conferences, workshops... You name it! All spaces have floor to ceiling windows with views of the garden allowing plenty of natural light to flood the rooms and these can be rented individually or together.

On the ground floor, a concrete space of 150m2 features an equipped kitchen with a stove, sink and two small fridges; The second floor, a maisonette of 50m2 has a bathroom, shower and elevator access.

The Cantine, also on the ground floor has open high end kitchen of 45m2, offers vegan and vegetarian catering service but can also be rented for private events and productions.

The garden has 1000m2 featuring a seating area, a barbecue, a bonfire for cosy gatherings and a permaculture garden full of fruit, herbs and vegetables. This expanse of openness and green space establishes the terraces as an extended garden for the community to enjoy.
