After extensive renovation and refurbishment, this location is now open as an attractive venue with spectacular views of the Rhine, available for projects in Cologne. This event space is located close to the trade fair grounds and impresses not only with its perfect transport connections but also its versatility. Visitors can expect not only spacious rooms where industrial cultural ambiance meets state-of-the-art infrastructure, but also an extraordinary outdoor area with a Rhine view and parking facilities.

THE HALL > 235 sqm | 8 m high | no pillars | air conditioning | "green" electricity

From product presentations to virtual events, pop-up stores, and TV productions: The pillarless hall leaves nearly no limits to any project. Delivery and installation of larger installations and objects (e.g., vehicles) can be easily implemented. Basic lighting with ambient light, hanging points, and power connections, as well as the necessary internet capacity for streaming, are, of course, available. The hall is also climate-controlled with the latest technology, including a HEPA filter system, all powered by "green" electricity. Adjacent rooms also provide ample space for reception areas, backstage areas, and post-production.

In addition to the hall, there are nine other rooms – ranging from 10 sqm to 80 sqm – spread over two floors, as well as a courtyard with a view of the Rhine, available for various uses. Through a spacious entrance area, visitors enter the ground floor, which impresses with a charming mix of brick walls and glass surfaces – in total around 200 sqm, divided into four rooms. From the ground floor, both the hall and the courtyard are accessible, allowing flexible shared use of the spaces.

The upper floor, covering around 200 sqm, can be accessed from both the ground floor via a staircase and from the outside. Once upstairs, a large window reveals the expansive hall. On the upper floor, in addition to a kitchen and sanitary facilities, there are six rooms available – some with a Rhine view.

THE OUTDOOR AREA > 100 sqm courtyard | 400 sqm green space | Rhine view

The indoor spaces are perfectly complemented by an adjacent courtyard with green space. The approximately 100 sqm courtyard is accessible to delivery vehicles and food trucks via a gate. The ground-floor rooms can be reached via an access point in the courtyard. From the higher, approximately 400 sqm green area with mature trees and a brick wall, visitors can enjoy a spectacular view of the Rhine.

THE CONTAINERS > 2 Forty-foot containers | 3 Twenty-foot containers

A harbor wouldn’t be complete without containers. In addition to the facilities at this location, a two-story container installation can be used. Five shipping containers are available as office space, sound set, makeup area, storage, and of course, as an exciting indoor and outdoor motif. The expansive rooftop offers a spectacular view of the Rhine, and the surrounding green area with trees creates a fascinating contrast.

Additionally, the outdoor area with the courtyard and green space provides further options for product presentations or catering for event guests.
